We receive an extremely high volume of retail and wholesale orders because of our outstanding prices and quality custom made hair bows.

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 10 - 15 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays). Large orders of 15 or more bows may take an additional 5 -10 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays) to process. Once your order has processed, it is shipped based on the shipping method you selected.

Wholesale Orders take anywhere from 4 - 12 weeks to process depending on the size of the wholesale order.

Please keep in mind all bows are custom made to order and custom made bows take time to make. We thank you in advance for your patience and understanding while we process your order.
