We receive an extremely high volume of retail and wholesale orders because of our outstanding prices and quality custom made hair bows. We thank all our customers for your patience while we process your order. 

New Processing Times: All orders are processed in 10  to 15 BUSINESS DAYS (excluding weekends and holidays).   Large orders of 15 or more bows may take an additional 5 to 10 BUSINESS DAYS to process depending on the size of the order.  Once you've placed your order, we do not allow for refunds or cancellations.  

Wholesale orders take anwhere from 4 - 12 weeks to process depending on the size of the order. We thank you in advance for your patience and undertanding while we process your order. Please remember all of our bows are custom made to order and custom made bows take time to make.

If a shipping date is in question, you can email us at info@alexisbowtique.com  before you place your order and we can tell you if you will receive it in time.  To find out the status of your order please email us at info@aleixsbowtique.com and we will provide you with an estimated ship date.  Holiday bow orders should ideally be placed within 4 -5 weeks in advance to receive by the holiday.  Please keep in mind that all of our bows are custom made which takes a little more time to process.

Priority Shipping: 2 -3 days
Overnight Shipping:  Next Business Day

Once your order is complete, it will take 1 - 6 additional days to receive your order based on the shipping method selected.
